Sharra is from a small village (Culceth) consisting of ramadas (small huts with hay roof and adobe walls) near the city Pezelac in Maztica. His clan’s name is Ziph. As he admires adventurers and travellers so much, he often went out of his town to meet new people when he was a child. He gained many stories and magical items from them but he didn’t have the time to take them with him when he left the town.
One day, as he was wandering around his town, he met a group of humans and quickly became friends with them. He invited them to his village and hosted them for the night in his home despite the opposition of his elders. In the other morning they found out that the guests were criminals. They stole a huge amount of gold and material from the village and they even wounded some members of the clan. So the elders decided to punish him by putting him in a cage for a week. But as he thought that it is the biggest insult to imprison him, he escaped the cage in the first night and never came back to his village…
After travelling around in Maztica for a while, he found a map of Fäerun and shortly after that he saw a ship heading towards there and jumped on it without any doubt. The voyage lasted for an unbearable amount of time. Several times he thought about jumping off to the sea and swim towards any piece of land, but as he doesn’t like water very much, he decided to keep onboard…
When the ship docked in Murann, he was the first person to jump out of it surprising everybody. Thus he became famous in the city as the jumping cat. After some time there he traveled north, passing through Athkatla, Candlekeep, Elturel, Ss’thar’tiss’ssun, Loudwater, the High Forest and Everlund, and finally Silverymoon where he met 4 strangers and created a party hungry for more and more adventure. In his travels he collected a number of new interesting items and the most fascinating stories you can hear…
